If you are in an emergency because you have fallen or if you come into contact with aggression and violence or another incident, then one push of the SOS Button is sufficient to activate our alarm response.

An Eagle Security Guard will assist you if needed. After an alarm, the control room is in direct contact with you, just when it really matters!

By pressing the SOS Button, an emergency message is sent to our control room and up to two (2) additional preset contact numbers.

The message contains the details of the user, time and exact GPS coordinates. We receive a link to Google Maps, which immediately maps your position. The SOS button automatically calls our 24/7 Alarm Response Center. We can immediately listen and you to speak to. (If there is no answer, we always send a security guard immediately) We fill in your request for help immediately and send a security guard to you or other emergency services.
